C58) at the exhibition Tube & Wire 2018 that will take place in Düsseldorf/Germany from March 30th – April 3rd 2020. This is an excellent chance to welcome customers and interested parties and inform them personally about our machines, services and latest innovations.The highlights at our booth will be the live demonstration of a brand-new Carlo Salvi progressive header as well as the presentation of the following group technologies powered by Hatebur: A live servo transfer unit will be displayed; each of the grippers driven by a servo motor can be individually opened and closed as well as programmed, highly advantageous for changeover times The servo-electric linear in-feed system ensures a very precise material infeed that requires no wire stop, thus eliminating the occurrence of contact marks. The servo direct drive allows the control of the movement of the press ram detached from the transfer unit and the die ejectors, offering new fields of applications. Through Hatebur Connect all machine systems are connected and can communicate. This offers new opportunities for the analysis, data collection, machine status monitoring, preventive maintenance and the overall optimization of productivity.
